山東電纜橋架的安裝要求
1、根據(jù)橋架的平面布置,各層標(biāo)高及橋架進(jìn)出建筑物的中心坐標(biāo)進(jìn)行定位劃線,也可采用粉線或細(xì)鐵線。
1. According to the layout of the bridge frame, the elevation of each floor and the center coordinates of the bridge frame entering and exiting the building can be positioned and marked, and powder lines or fine iron lines can also be used.
2、如果廠家未提供立柱及托臂成品,可根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求現(xiàn)場制作或預(yù)制,制作時(shí)應(yīng)將材料矯正平直,下料誤差在5mm范圍內(nèi),切口處不應(yīng)有卷邊和毛刺。制作好的支架應(yīng)牢固、平整、尺寸準(zhǔn)確,并按設(shè)計(jì)要求涂刷防腐漆。
2. If the manufacturer does not provide finished columns and support arms, they can be made on site or prefabricated according to design requirements. During production, the materials should be straightened and the cutting error should be within 5mm. There should be no curled edges or burrs at the cut. The fabricated bracket should be firm, flat, accurately sized, and coated with anti-corrosion paint according to design requirements.
3、立柱和托臂在金屬結(jié)構(gòu)上或混凝土構(gòu)筑物的預(yù)埋件上固定時(shí),應(yīng)采用焊接固定,并應(yīng)有合格焊工持證上崗;焊接應(yīng)牢固,無明顯變形。
3. When fixing columns and support arms on metal structures or embedded parts of concrete structures, welding should be used for fixation, and qualified welders with certificates should be employed; Welding should be firm and without obvious deformation.
4、立柱和托臂在混凝土上固定時(shí),易采用預(yù)埋螺栓或膨脹螺栓固定,膨脹螺栓的選用應(yīng)滿足橋架安裝的強(qiáng)度和設(shè)計(jì)要求。
4. When fixing columns and support arms on concrete, it is easy to use embedded bolts or expansion bolts for fixation. The selection of expansion bolts should meet the strength and design requirements of bridge installation.
5、在不允許焊接支架的工藝管道上及其他場合應(yīng)采用“U”型卡子、雙頭螺栓、圓鋼吊桿或抱箍固定。
5. U-shaped clips, double headed bolts, round steel hangers or clamps should be used for fixing on process pipelines and other occasions where welding brackets is not allowed.
6、各支架的同層橫檔應(yīng)在同一平面上,其高低偏差不應(yīng)大于5mm,托臂、支吊架沿橋架走向左右偏差不應(yīng)大于10mm。
6. The same level crossbar of each bracket should be on the same plane, with a height deviation of no more than 5mm. The deviation of the support arm and hanger along the direction of the bridge should not exceed 10mm.
7、水平安裝電纜橋架的金屬支架或托臂間距應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,當(dāng)無設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí),間距宜為2m,在轉(zhuǎn)彎處、終端處及其他重要的位置可適當(dāng)減小間距;垂直安裝時(shí)可適當(dāng)增大間距。彎通、三通處應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)或橋架樣本增加加強(qiáng)支架。
7. The spacing between metal brackets or support arms for horizontally installed cable trays should meet the design requirements. When there are no design requirements, the spacing should be 2m. The spacing can be appropriately reduced at turns, terminals, and other important positions; When installed vertically, the spacing can be appropriately increased. At bends and tees, reinforced brackets should be added according to the design or bridge samples.
8、電纜橋架的安裝程序是先主線,后分支線;先將彎通、三通和大小頭定位后,再進(jìn)行直線段的安裝。
8. The installation procedure for cable trays is to start with the main line and then branch lines; First, position the bends, tees, and reducers before installing the straight sections.
9、預(yù)制橋架應(yīng)采用機(jī)械切割、鉆孔。制作好的橋架應(yīng)平整,內(nèi)部光潔、無毛刺。預(yù)制多層橋架時(shí),彎曲部分弧度應(yīng)一致,層間間距均勻,誤差允許±3mm。
9. Prefabricated cable trays should be mechanically cut and drilled. The fabricated bridge should be flat, with a smooth interior and no burrs. When prefabricating multi-layer cable trays, the curvature of the bent parts should be consistent, the spacing between layers should be uniform, and the allowable error is ± 3mm.
10、橋架在每個(gè)支架上的固定應(yīng)牢固,橋架內(nèi)、外連接板應(yīng)齊全,連接板的螺栓應(yīng)緊固,螺母應(yīng)位于橋架的外側(cè)。
10. The fixation of the bridge on each bracket should be firm, the internal and external connection plates of the bridge should be complete, the bolts of the connection plates should be tightened, and the nuts should be located on the outside of the bridge.
11、電纜橋架的層間允許小距離當(dāng)無設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí),可采用橋架的外殼高度加100mm,但層間凈距不應(yīng)小于兩倍電纜外徑加10mm。35kV及以上高壓電纜不應(yīng)小于兩倍電纜外徑加50mm。
11. When there are no design requirements, the minimum allowable distance between layers of cable trays can be increased by 100mm from the height of the tray shell, but the clear distance between layers should not be less than twice the maximum cable outer diameter plus 10mm. High voltage cables of 35kV and above should not be less than twice the maximum cable outer diameter plus 50mm.
12、電纜橋架上層及下層到樓板和地面的距離,當(dāng)無設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí),上層不宜小于350~450mm,下層不宜小于100~150mm。
12. When there are no design requirements, the distance from the top and bottom layers of the cable tray to the floor and ground should not be less than 350-450mm for the top layer and 100-150mm for the bottom layer.
13、合金橋架在鋼制支、吊架上固定時(shí),應(yīng)在接觸面處預(yù)先涂一層導(dǎo)電膏或中性凡士林油。14、當(dāng)直線段鋼制電纜橋架超過30m,鋁合金或玻璃鋼制電纜橋架超過15m時(shí),橋架不宜直接固定在支架上,應(yīng)在支架兩側(cè)焊接導(dǎo)向板或在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)焊接壓板,使電纜橋架在導(dǎo)向板或壓板內(nèi)能夠滑動自如,橋架接口處應(yīng)預(yù)留適當(dāng)?shù)呐蛎涢g隙。
13. When fixing alloy cable trays on steel supports and hangers, a layer of conductive paste or neutral Vaseline oil should be applied in advance at the contact surface. 14. When the straight steel cable tray exceeds 30m and the aluminum alloy or fiberglass cable tray exceeds 15m, the tray should not be directly fixed on the support. Guide plates should be welded on both sides of the support or pressure plates should be welded on the inside of the tray to allow the cable tray to slide freely inside the guide plates or pressure plates. Adequate expansion gaps should be reserved at the interface of the tray.
15、電纜橋架轉(zhuǎn)彎處的轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑,不應(yīng)小于該橋架上電纜小允許彎曲半徑的值。
15. The turning radius at the turning point of the cable tray should not be less than the maximum allowable bending radius of the cable on the tray.
16、因受空間條件限制不方便裝設(shè)彎通或有特殊要求時(shí),可選用軟接板、鉸接板。
16. When it is inconvenient to install bends or there are special requirements due to space constraints, flexible joints or hinged joints can be used.
17、需要在托盤底、側(cè)板開保護(hù)管引出孔時(shí),應(yīng)采用油壓開孔機(jī)或其他機(jī)械開孔,不得用電弧焊、氣焊切割。開孔后邊緣應(yīng)打磨光滑,并采用合適的橡皮護(hù)圈保護(hù)電纜。梯架式電纜橋架不允許在側(cè)板上開孔,保護(hù)管應(yīng)采用特殊卡件固定。
17. When it is necessary to open protective tube outlet holes on the bottom and side plates of the tray, hydraulic drilling machines or other mechanical drilling should be used, and arc welding or gas welding cutting should not be used. After opening, the edge should be polished smooth and a suitable rubber guard should be used to protect the cable. Ladder type cable trays are not allowed to have holes on the side panels, and protective pipes should be fixed with special clamps.
18、低壓電力電纜與控制電纜共用同一托盤或梯架,以及高壓電纜與低壓電纜共用同一托盤或梯架時(shí),相互間宜設(shè)置隔板,隔板應(yīng)低于橋架高度。
18. When low-voltage power cables and control cables share the same tray or ladder, and high-voltage cables and low-voltage cables share the same tray or ladder, it is advisable to set up partitions between them, which should be lower than the height of the bridge.
19、不同種類電纜所占用的電纜橋架間隔寬度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,隔板固定應(yīng)采用專用卡件。
19. The spacing width of cable trays occupied by different types of cables should meet the design requirements, and dedicated clamps should be used to fix the partitions.
